DEKELING HOTEL
A hotel with a cosy, Zen atmosphere and a warm welcome, where wood and Tibetan art lithographs are omnipresent.
Norbu Dekeva is the warm Tibetan owner of this hotel that he created with his wife in 1992. The atmosphere is, everywhere, cosy and zen. Wood is omnipresent and lithographs of Tibetan art are scattered here and there. One feels immediately good. You'll enjoy talking about the world of Tibetan exiles with Norbu who even runs a Tibetan cultural association. Warmly recommended. The Dekeling Resort, managed by the same family, on the road leading to the Japanese temple, is a slightly more modern address, but also quieter.
