Glass footbridge to take full advantage of the mountain view, a great place for selfies
Sikkim State's newest attraction was inaugurated in 2018. It's a glass walkway allowing you to take full advantage of the view of the mountains. In reality, the place is mostly used for taking selfies! The skywalk leads to a large 42-meter statue of the bodhisattva Chenrezig, the Tibetan incarnation of Avalokitesvara. Along the way, be sure to visit the Sanghak Choeling monastery, established in the late 17th century.
