We like the old-fashioned charm of this colonial establishment which remains well kept even if a blow of painting would be welcome. The rooms on the same level overlook a large and very quiet lawn. They are vast and furnished in the old way. The service is a bit moody, but overall you will be well received. Queen Elizabeth II is said to have stayed there in 1961. If this is true, we bet nothing has changed since then. And if it hasn't, you can always fall asleep pretending that... and feed your dreams of queens and princesses.
