RAJAJI NATIONAL PARK
National park stretching from Haridwar all the way to Dehradun, with over 400 species of birds and other animals
The Rajaji National Park completely surrounds the city of Haridwar up to Dehradun. There are more than 400 species of birds (including impressive eagles and vultures), but also leopards, hyenas, pangolins, porcupines, warthogs, deer and even some tigers. The sanctuary is especially known for its large number of wild elephants. During the visit, we cross some villages where it is possible to take a break around an excellent chai made of buffalo milk. It is recommended to go through an agency to organize your safari.
