Nicolas looks after the animals, while Yolaine processes the milk after milking. Among the fine products sold on site: Tomme de brebis, fromage frais, yoghurts and ice creams made with sheep's milk. You'll find them on some of the region's best tables d'hôtes. In the late afternoon, the milking of the ewes is an emotional experience.
