An establishment of the Himachal Pradesh Tourist Development Corporation (HPTDC), pleasant and welcoming. Indian and Chinese cuisine is very correct, courteous service, and you can even drink a beer. But the strong point of the Ashiana is its round structure, its pleasant terrace and its location on the Ridge, ideal for viewing the views of the mountains and watching passers-by. The basement restaurant, Goofa Ashiana, offers the same cuisine at lower prices but with less view.
