This beautiful 200 year old mansion is owned by the family of the first Prime Minister of Kashmir and former Law Minister of India. It offers a sovereign calm and an authentic setting for those who wish to get away from McLeod Ganj and the tourist center. Nothing seems to have changed since its construction. The walls are made of precious carved wood, the rooms are upholstered in silk and open onto a large terrace that overlooks the valley. Meditation sessions every Sunday morning.
