A cultural center promoting Tibetan culture and traditional arts, a doll museum displays Tibetan clothing.
This superb cultural center created in 1988 has for vocation to perpetuate the Tibetan culture, and in particular the traditional arts (metal sculpture, wood work, painting...). A small museum of dolls exhibits the various Tibetan clothes. It is also a study and research center. The Institute welcomes many volunteers. Possibility for the visitors to practise the painting of Thangka (traditional Tibetan paintings). The compound also houses a large Buddhist monastery, a café and a vegetarian restaurant.
