Incroyable, je n'ai jamais vécu cela auparavant. Je demande à la dame une place pour la caravane, qui était là. Au téléphone, elle n'a pas voulu prendre la réservation. Nous arrivons à 19 heures, c'est-à-dire exactement à l'heure où la réception ferme. Lorsque je lui indique qu'il y a d'autres possibilités, elle dit "non" et raccroche.
