The advantage of l’Hostréière, a simple and unpretentious hotel-restaurant, is its location, in the heart of the Bessin region, close to the famous historical and memorial sites of Colleville. Indeed, the domain is close to Omaha Beach, only 5 minutes’ walk from the Overlord Museum’s exhibitions on the Normandy Landing, and about 15 minutes’ walk from the American cemetery and memorial of Colleville-sur-Mer. This is why the clientele is often international.

Je vais seulement commenter le restaurant.
Seulement 3 choix de burger, sandwich et moules frites.
Nous avons pris des burgers et 4 sodas. 81 euros.
Ce n'est pas mauvais mais pas de quoi justifier le prix.
Pas de service à table.
Il faut se servir en couvert et serviette.
Le service est rapide mais tout est à peine chaud limite froid.
Steak trop cuit et sans saveur.
Salade fanée.
Bref il faut simplement y aller pour se nourrir.
Et en plus il faut desservir soi même sa table.
C'est trop cher pour la qualité et le service.
Peu de plats (sandwich, burger, omelette, moules frites) mais très bon burger fait sur place avec de vrais frites maison.
Service façon fast food, mais pas gênant pour le prix et le cadre.
J'aurais bien aimé gouté les grillades, mais possible qu'à partir de 16h.
