Mumbai's main train station is one of the busiest in the world and the chaos inside is a sight to behold. If you have a train to catch, come early to find the departure platform.
It has a computerized reservation office and especially a counter reserved for foreigners. From there, you can get seats on the "tourist" quota. The tourist reservation office is located outside the station, in a courtyard.
