The staff were very friendly and helpful. In spite of everything, the Taj truste the first places, whatever the kitchen to which he is attacking. Under the impulse of his chef to cook, the Souk restaurant declines oriental cuisine with western Mediterranean touches. And again, he's blowing. The tajines are divine, the lamb kebabs pita as good as in Casa, the pastillas, crispy wishes… To finish in beauty, we advise you the ice with rose petals and mint tea.
