The Oriental Blossom is hidden behind the Bay View, the other restaurant of the Marine Plaza hotel. Not very big, it does not benefit like its neighbor from the superb view on Marine Drive. The pleasure will be elsewhere, in the plate, with dim sum to start, about twenty varieties, or a vegetable broth, delicately perfumed, accompanied by noodles. The dishes that follow are copious and delicious, mainly recipes from the provinces of Sichuan and Canton. It is not uncommon for the chef to come and check on the progress of your meal.
