If you are not familiar with Parsi cuisine, you must stop by the old Britannia & Co, an institution in the city. The setting has an old-fashioned charm that will immerse you in the atmosphere of old Bombay. The recipes have been refined over the years. The dishes are often a beautiful combination of rice with chicken (Chicken Berry Pulao), mutton (Mutton Berry Pulao), fish, and vegetables (Veg Dhanshak), spices such as cinnamon, saffron and dry fruits. It is said to cook the best Bombay Duck (dried fish) in the city.
