KONKAN CAFÉ
The Konkan is the west coast of India which goes from the south of Karnataka to Maharashtra through Goa. The specialties are therefore coastal recipes, with a lot of fish on the menu. The decor of the restaurant is inspired by the splendor of Mangalore and the plates are in silver. For lunch, a sumptuous home-made thali, the konkan café thali. For dinner, we particularly recommend the meen pollichathu (fish cooked in a banana leaf) or the spicy garlic shrimp(techyacha jingha). For dessert, homemade ice cream.
