Adjacent to the Sea Green Hotel, this hotel offers 36 rooms that are unpretentious but clean and spacious enough. All have air conditioning, cable TV and a small refrigerator. Some have balconies and pleasant views of Marine Drive. The building and the rooms are showing their age and it shows. Breakfast is served in the room only. The services are very disappointing, but the hotel has lowered its rates considerably recently, and the quality/price ratio is quite honest.
