One of the rare (very) rare budget traveller addresses in Pune. Ideally located opposite the train station, this colonial period houses rooms that have not had to be renovated since… the colonial period. Despite their more than aging appearance (especially in bathrooms), the cleaning is done on a regular basis. Make sure you have a clean sheets and a towel. A few dilapidated cottages, slightly larger, and especially with a small private terrace, are located on the other side of the courtyard.
