LINGMALA FALLS
Waterfalls tumble down from a sheer cliff top in thin bands of silver, to be seen during a boat ride on the waters
These waterfalls tumble down from the top of a steep cliff in thin bands of silver, often surrounded by the colors of a rainbow. The other major waterfalls are Chairman (2.5 km) and Dhobi (3 km). The former is accessed from Carviali Road, the latter is on a pathway that connects Petit Road to Old Mahabaleshwar Road. The Chinaman, Lingmala and Dhobi waterfalls flow in abundance only during the rainy season. A boat ride on the calm, crystal clear waters of Vena Lake will enchant you.
