Located in a recently renovated old Portuguese building in the Fontainhas district, this recent establishment has a pleasant old-fashioned charm. The 9 rooms, all air-conditioned, are spacious and decorated with care: old parquet floors, flowery cushions and pastel-colored walls. Common areas allow you to relax with a good book. The breakfast, rather limited, is served in the room on the first floor. The service could certainly be improved, especially the communication, but the place remains a sure value of Panjim.
