Open since 1932, Souza Lobo has built its reputation on the quality of its cuisine, good service and an interesting location, right on the sand. Very popular, you often have to wait in the patio for a table to become available before tasting the local specialties. A very nice menu which focuses on fish and shellfish, grilled or cooked in masala, but also on chicken (26 different recipes) and beef. A must in Calangute.
