CHEF SOUMYEN'S KITCHENN
Opposite the Jambaleshwar temple, in a street perpendicular to Fort Aguada Road, is this atypical restaurant for the region. It offers a European cuisine with a strong French tendency, and the chef's background has something to do with it: Mr Soumyen was the chef of one of the restaurants of the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai. His know-how is undeniable and the quality of the dishes offered is amazing. The wine list is one of the most impressive in Goa. The service is impeccable. The setting is quite classic and perhaps lacks a little dose of madness.
