Here is a place to remember. The Burmese-born chef, who studied in London, offers excellent Asian cuisine revisited. Smoked shark salad with mango, pho, coconut panna cotta with passion fruit coulis... Everything is delicious, fragrant and superbly presented. The setting is pleasant, the tables are installed on a large shaded terrace with a minimalist decoration and a subdued lighting. The service is of high quality. Lunch is open for groups of 10 or more by reservation only.
