From the moment I arrived, Shubhangi, Nikhil, Sharique, Fardeen, and Debanjan at the Shangri-La Hotel welcomed me with genuine warmth and a positive attitude that made me feel right at home. Their level of communication was truly impressive - happy, professional, engaging, comforting, and very natural.
They listened attentively to my requirements, understood them thoroughly, and then exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond with every little detail to ensure my utmost comfort. The happy and welcoming environment they created is a true asset to the Shangri-La brand!
Great Hotel, always feel very welcomed when I am here. Great service in the restaurant, room service and at the pool. Especially Abdul Muhasin is extraordinary friendly, has always a smile on his face and is incredible attentive. Can recommend the hotel for everyone without any doubts.
The hotel is excellent. Staff at entrance so pleasant, helpful and attentive. Kantha , Chethan are genuinely kind and made me feel very welcomedand extremely helpful, friendly and assisted me .
