The Hyderabadi biryani is famous all over India and that of Cafe Bahar all over Hyderabad. So much so that there are queues at all hours. The menu offers a large choice of biryanis: mutton, chicken, fish, shrimps... The rice is delicately flavored without being too spicy and you can feel that the meat has been cooked with the rice, which is the guarantee of the best biryanis. Other dishes are also on the menu. They are eaten in a large air-conditioned room upstairs, dressed with mirrors, and in an incessant hubbub. An experience to try.
