TELANGANA STATE ASSEMBLY BUILDING
Former Hyderabad town hall, now home to the Telangana MPs, 2 small museums and large gardens for a picnic
This magnificent white building was originally the town hall of Hyderabad. Completed in 1913, for the 40th birthday of Nizam Mahhoob Ali Pasha, it now houses the MPs of Telangana. A beautiful statue of Mahatma Gandhi stands in front of the building. This building cannot be visited but its imposing structure is certainly worth a look. It also houses two small museums and has large gardens where schoolchildren regularly come to picnic.
