KARAIKUDI
Located near the Music Academy, this restaurant serves South Indian cuisine, spiced by the Tradition tradition. Under the entrance porch, a magnificent aviary attracts children. The decoration is attractive with its comfortable benches. A home service provides your order free of charge. The map is varied with its soups, biriyani, seafood dishes, chickens and sheep (especially liver and brain!). One of the specialties is the chukka chukka which consists of squares of sheep served with chapatis or rice. It's a bit spicy, but it's very good. In dessert, you can opt for the halwa carrot that is a species of very sweet marmelade. Many tourists find themselves in this place to enjoy a real Indian meal served on plates covered with a banana leaf.
