PAN ASIAN
This restaurant, located on the second floor of the ITC Grand Chola hotel, serves cuisine that explores all facets of Asia. On the menu, Thai, Chinese and especially Japanese specialties. The kitchen is installed in the heart of the room, in separate islands. Here, fresh raw fish is cut up and served as sushi or sashimi. There, noodles are sautéed or curries are simmered. The setting, extremely chic, would however deserve a slight refreshment. On the other hand, the result in the plate is very appreciable. It is good, but extremely expensive.
