Located near the central temple, this establishment exists since 1959. It is the perfect place to taste the specialties of Tamil Nadu. A perfume of nostalgia floats in its large room decorated with old paintings of Mamallapuram. We taste idli or masala dosa in the morning. We serve meals (thali) at lunch time. Be careful, the dishes are concocted for Indian palates, some can be very spicy! Don' t hesitate to ask for not spicy if chillies are not your cup of tea. Prompt and friendly service.
