Fervent activists of free Tibet, the owners insist that you respect certain rules: no alcohol and no smoking. So the specialties are Tibetan like chowmein - noodles - and chopsuey - crispy noodles. Try the American chopsuey, a mixture of crispy noodles, chicken, eggs and vegetables (cabbage and green beans). It's a little strange at first bite and then you enjoy it. And when leaving, don't forget to say " Thukje Che " which means "thank you" in Tibetan! One of the good addresses of Kodai.
