Carolina Baza, trained in Paris, offers creative cuisine inspired by the bistronomy concept. Prices are low for the quality offered, and the staff are very attentive. You'll eat great crab pasta, foie gras with mushroom purée, lamb stew, beef cheeks and the tiramisu is one of the best in town! If you're tempted by anything, ask the waiters, who offer excellent advice. Don't forget to pair your dishes with one of the remarkable wines on offer. The chef also owns Ambrosía, a restaurant on the Vicatura side.
