Chilean haute cuisine (marked French influences) à la carte. Quite chic, in the middle of a large tree garden, under a greenhouse where green takes its own. Fish and seafood are exquisite: tuna in its soya sauce, small locos basket, picorocos (balanes) to white wine, sea snails… Meat lovers can choose according to their convenience: Pickled sheep skewers are a real moment of pleasure. Menu at reasonable price, very correct. An address not to be missed for the gastronomes.
