Dans un quartier où le marché offre une foule de produits dont des poissons de toutes sortes ,un resto sympa , service rapide et le poisson chilien délicieux

Aménagé sur le bord de la hall principale , dans un cadre agréable et conviviale le restaurant El Augusto sert une bonne cuisine locale composée principalement de poissons. Le service est rapide et attentionné , mais les prix sont ceux d'un restaurant de sortie du soir.

On y mange très bien, cuisine local pour pas cher dans une ambiance typique si l'on évite les restaurants à touriste du centre du Marché. Ambiance typique et colorée.

Bon endroit pour goûter aux fruits de mer chiliens, notamment le fameux crabe de Patagonie ; par contre, éviter les restaurants situés au centre, trop chers, les tavernes dans les allées périphériques offrent une excellente cuisine locale.

Le mercato central est à voir quand on va à Santiago, le marché est très grand, même si je n'ai pas trouvé qu'il y avait beaucoup de choses.
On trouve plusieurs restaurants à l'intérieur qui ne payent pas de mine, mais où l'in mange bien à un prix correct. A faire :)

We discovered this market on Sunday arriving at Santiago and had some breeds of fish and fruit then he had lunch there in a tiny low dive in one of the corners. Filled with the ground floor, but quieter little room. Marisca mulched (seafood and fish soup) and the delicious merluza, were served by Brazilian.

A little disappointed with this market where there is not much to do with by the restaurant.
The large central restaurant " Donde Augusto" it a little I and tourist factory favourite one of the outskirts " Lalita" where there have been the Chilean ones.
Generous mulched marina (a type of fish soup with more has to eat that have very good) and served boiling.
