The top of the gastronomic pavement in Santiago. The prices are high, but we're never disappointed. The author's kitchen, which could be described as modern French (a bit molecular) based on Chilean products, is first order. Giant crab risotto, pois et and purée, seafood timbale, tuna trio or magret and duck conflict are. The service is attentive, generous. The atmosphere is modern, chic but without any manners. A very good experience, greeted by many culinary critics.
