Here, Swiss chef Carlos Meyer offers a cuisine with French and Asian accents, blended with European flavours. The menu offers classic options at first glance, but these will surprise you so much that they have been revisited. There is a wide choice of pasta, fish or meat, which will satisfy all gourmets: tuna tartare with passion fruit, lobster ceviche, lamb mouse, venison stew with port... A treat as original as it is delicious, but you have to pay for it.
