As its name does not indicate, it is one of the best Argentinian meat restaurants in the capital. Wagyu, tender, rumsteak, beef net for four, ribs on the embers… Fish (salmon, trout…) or salads are not, however, left. By entering, try the lamb gizzards to the Provençal or the salmon tartar and its guacamole. A refined atmosphere but not room. Recommended reservation (24 h in advance). A very good address.
