CASA DE LA CULTURA
Center presenting photo and painting exhibitions and organizing courses in various disciplines in Rancagua.
It is said that the site where the Casa de la Cultura now stands was once home to the Casa Patronal, which served as headquarters for Colonel Mariano Osorio's staff during the "Rancagua Disaster" of 1814. The building's architecture blends colonial and rural influences. The roof is made of handmade terracotta tiles. Listed as a national monument in 1984, the Casa de la Cultura is now a center for photography and painting exhibitions, as well as courses in various disciplines.
