The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful garden, nice views over the Bío-Bío River and excellent cuisine with clear French influences: snails, onion soup, bouillabaisse, wine coq, hare civet, mustard rabbit, ham filling, ham and olives filling… Also, revisited dishes, such as parsley, trout to tarragon, or machas have parmesana. The cellar is very well furnished.
