Very interesting museum dedicated to Mapuche history and culture in Temuco, with many themed rooms.
A very interesting museum dedicated to Mapuche history and culture. Through its thematic rooms you will discover artefacts and many testimonies of this culture still very much alive. Several rooms are also dedicated to the history of the conquest of Araucania and the city of Temuco. The museum also endeavours to show the history of Chile's two Nobel Prize winners in literature, Gabriela Mistral and Pablo Neruda, is linked to that of the city.
