At 6 km south of Puerto Saavedra, on Lake Budi, the Isla Huapi Peninsula is a Mapuche-Lafkenche community center, which invites travelers to know the culture and folklore of this people. In summer, you can taste typical dishes and buy crafts. There is a campsite and you can rent horses for very pleasant walks in this very little area visited by foreign tourists. Another experiment is to navigate in the Mapuche barks, the wampo.
