Original restaurant offering traditional French cuisine.

With its 1900 glass roof, half-timbering, and fishbone logo, it is the most original restaurant in town. Not to say the institution. If you come here out of curiosity for the first time, you will go back for the kitchen. Gaëtan Berthaud, Master Restaurateur, creatively revisits traditional French cuisine, with fish and seafood in mind. His seasonal suggestions are remarkable, as for his foie gras, it’s a must-have in a number of appetizers, each one more tempting than the last. Don’t forget to save a place for desserts!

Très joli cadre mais poisson pas cuit et donc laissé dans l'assiette pour l'un de nous deux. N'avons pu nous plaindre car vu personne pendant la dégustation de notre plat et étions au bout de la véranda. Ne nous ont même pas offert le café. Cher pour la qualité de la cuisine et, vu le nom du restaurant, on imagine que le poisson est cuisiné correctement.

Very nice restaurant. Excellent cuisine. Very pleasant welcome. I went with my 2 children and they had a voucher for a tower roundabout each, I find very friendly. Can reserve in advance what I had done because there are many guests. Recommended not hesitate.
