Hotel-restaurant offering a traditional menu all year round in Courseulles-sur-Mer.
As soon as you crossed the threshold of this restaurant, adorned with its white initials "HP" on a blue background, you were adopted. Above all, be comfortable. Like a variation, skillfully orchestrated, the decoration brings you to your table with simplicity, surrounded by the best attentions. Enthusiasm is transmitted from the stove to the plate. The "Tradition" menu says enough about the talents of Christophe Maheust, master restaurateur since February 2018. Originally from the Paris region, he has made his ranges in the heart of great starred houses and returns his talent to us. He works with ease with the fresh produce of his suppliers, friends and local accomplices, from the fruits of the Daubert House, located just opposite, to the calvados, pommeau and apple juice of the renowned Pierre-Huet (Cambremer). No flashy talk. Just natural products exhaled by other natural products, a combination of tastes and colours, superbly balanced and fresh. Like the beef tail terrine (carrots and cumin) or the delicious fish soup (siphon rust), the cod back, sweet chorizo sauce, accompanied (from memory) by a parsnip muslin and endives tatin. All crowned with a pear chapel poached in vanilla, caramel sauce. In short, a bright, healthy and gastronomic table where you can reserve your place, without hesitation, in all seasons.

Les chambres sont classiques et mériterai d être mise au goûts du jour.
Le restaurant est très bon avec un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable.
Petit bémol en salle …la personne ( peut-être la responsable) qui a pris notre commande était très très désagréable et hautaine… Changez de métier Madame… le pire je crois que c’est à la fin du service ..une grosse prise de gueule entre eux (employés) un peu de sérieux svp , surtout quand il y a encore des clients au restaurant…
Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement la personne qui nous à encaissé ( qui devenait quitter l’établissement pour la Suisse ) super agréable, et très professionnelle. Ainsi que les deux jeunes personnes au service ( bon courage à eux )
