This brasserie-buvette advocates the philosophy of eating well, organic, and local. After having worked in various restaurants, notably in Caen, it’s in Courseulles that Yann makes us discover his home cooking with an often Mediterranean accent and a love of sweet and sour. In the brasserie, everything is made fresh, the short menu is fully assumed. Fish and shellfish are given pride of place. At the refreshment bar, you can sip a cocktail or cider on draught. A beautiful terrace awaits you in summer. A nice little restaurant but not quite given.
