In the Berthaud family, well known in Courseulles, we greet Gaëtan who is at the helm of La Pêcherie. His restaurant, whose reputation is well established, is coupled with a hotel, just above. No disappointment on the horizon, we had the same momentum for the hotel business as for the restaurant business. Sober and tasteful decoration in spacious rooms. And if the place is sold out, don’t panic, the well-named "Manoir d’à côté" and the 5 Ruches, a sort of annex of La Pêcherie, offer guest rooms of charm and character.
