Visit with a guide to learn about the different stages in the preparation of Pisco and other divine beverages.
During guided tours, the different phases of the preparation of the divine beverage Pisco will be explained to you: sorting, pressing of the grains, distillation, resting in barrels. The liquid obtained, called mosco, will then be sent to the factory in La Serena to be finally transformed into pisco. The visit (about 1 hour) ends with a tasting of the said pisco (two different types) under an arbour, with a view of the valley... There is also a restaurant within the distillery.
