AUBERGE DU CHEVAL BLANC
Traditional restaurant offering local cuisine that follows the rhythm of the seasons, with excellent value for money.
In 2013, Kornélia and Laurent took over the reins of this renowned 16th-century inn with panache. In the large, warm and traditional dining room, you'll be seated in front of the imposing fireplace, the same one where a tender rib of beef crackles in the hearth. At the stove, Laurent, Maître Restaurateur, pampers his dishes, bringing out the flavors of the seasons and the terroir: tarte au magret fumé façon tatin, côte de veau à la normande, bonbon de camembert and Pont-l'évêque. Perfect value for money from the very first menu, served for lunch, dinner and weekends.
