POINTE DU HOC RECEPTION CENTRE
Visitor centre of the Pointe du Hoc offering a film on the events of June 6, 1944 and a visit not to be missed.
The "Visitor Center" at Pointe du Hoc belongs to the Americans, as does Pointe du Hoc itself. It is managed by the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC), created by Congress in 1923, which also looks after the American Cemetery at Colleville-sur-Mer. Enlarged, teeming with information on the events of June 6, 1944, and even offering a film on the subject, the Pointe du Hoc Visitor Centre is a must before or after visiting the site.
