LES JARDINS DU MUPANAH
Perhaps one of the most refined tables in Port-au-Prince is the restaurant adjacent to the Haitian National Pantheon Museum. The place itself is splendid: Located in a spacious white room - the walls are a verrière that turns around, overlooking the garden vegetation - the decoration is modern and clean. On the service side, the staff and friendly and very pro-pro, and the plate, we taste Creole specialties revisited with tact but also to more international recipes: cevich of fish, Acras fries, coquelet to cumin, rushed griot, fetuccine to shrimp… Soups, salads and sandwiches are also on the menu. Open at noon only. To combine, why not, with the visit of Mupanah.
