LES JARDINS DU MUPANAH

Perhaps one of the most refined tables in Port-au-Prince is the restaurant adjacent to the Haitian National Pantheon Museum. The place itself is splendid: Located in a spacious white room - the walls are a verrière that turns around, overlooking the garden vegetation - the decoration is modern and clean. On the service side, the staff and friendly and very pro-pro, and the plate, we taste Creole specialties revisited with tact but also to more international recipes: cevich of fish, Acras fries, coquelet to cumin, rushed griot, fetuccine to shrimp… Soups, salads and sandwiches are also on the menu.
