PAP JAZZ HAITI - FESTIVAL INTERNATIONAL DE JAZZ DE PORT-AU-PRINCE
Go there and contact
Since 2007, Port-au-Prince has been organizing an annual international jazz festival. Supported by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, a dozen embassies and private institutions, the festival welcomes musicians from all over the world (United States, France, Antilles, Mexico, Belgium, Chile, Germany and, of course, Haiti and its diaspora) and has counted artists such as Branford Marsalis, Richard Bona, Henri Texa. I or Aaron Goldberg. For 8 days, Port-au-Prince swung at the rhythm of jazz. In 2018, Kenny Garrett, Emilie C. Barlow and Erik Truffaz were part of the game. The opening was done at Karibe Hotel and the closure at the Royal Decameron (both ceremonies and all concerts held in Karibe are paid). A moment of regal for your ears!
