BASILIC
Patricia Mangonés has made his cooking classes in the finest jewels of the Swiss hotel. Now back to the country, she chose a character to open her restaurant. Tiled room, old colonial furniture and abstract paintings on the walls, accompany Mediterranean cuisine sometimes blended with an Asian touch. Original and good dishes, the kitchen of this newcomer is worth a visit. Rendez-vous des artistes, the atmosphere is relaxed and the varied music of quality. Our advice: The breaded hot goat salad, a treat. In all cases with or without basil, good appetite!
