HOTEL MONTANA
Built on a morne and with a splendid view of Port-au-Prince, it was the most luxurious hotel in the city. If the earthquake wasn't nice with Montana (we found a very nice memorial near the parking lot), the managers worked hard to get him back from his magnificent: And it's successful! The common area is splendid, with its two outdoor swimming pools where it is good to relax and its bar-restaurant l 'Acajou serves good cuisine. The rooms are finely decorated and very comfortable (there are 30 new rooms), and the suites just sumptuous. Continental breakfasts are gargantuesque and the panoramic restaurant is worth a detour to realize the extent of the fievous city that appears to be out of another world, far from that of Montana. Service and impeccable services for this reference hotel. If you don't have the opportunity to stay there, a coffee or even a meal in the restaurant is required (Sunday, it's buffet)!
